Spirit of Beacon Day 48 – Thank You, Beacon! Spirit of Beacon 48 is officially in the books, and what a day it was! We are deeply grateful for every single person who makes this celebration possible. From our neighbors and tourists who came to share the day, to our volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and parade participants who bring the streets of Beacon to life, to the youth who continue to drive the day forward with wisdom and joy, and to our honorees who embody the Spirit of Beacon—we thank you. We persist because of you, our beacons of light.

The 48th Spirit of Beacon Day is this Sunday, September 28th, 2025, from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. The day begins with a special ceremony at 11:30 am on the main stage at Veterans’ Place. During the program, we will honor and recognize Beaconites who have been named Volunteers of the Year for their dedication to community service and volunteerism, as well as remember community members we’ve lost who truly embodied the Spirit of Beacon. If you are able, please join us for this moment before the parade. 🫶🌄👐

Spirit of Beacon Day is Sunday, Sept. 28!

This year’s theme: “Children Are the Future, Let Them Lead the Way.”

JVF WILL have a float this year — thanks to our amazing parent group! Look for the Falcon’s Nest and themed decorations.

Show your Falcon pride by wearing RED!
Get creative and make your own falcon wings out of cardboard to wear in the parade!

The PTSO will share ways families can help create falcons and festive art to carry in the parade. Spirit wear details are coming soon!
