• Living with integrity and honesty

Whether you’ve been walking with Jesus for years or are simply curious about faith, you’re welcome to join us.

📖 Teaching to follow: The Danger of Being Close but Far Away

Have you ever wondered if it’s possible to be busy with religious activity yet miss the heart of God? Throughout Scripture, Jesus confronted religious mindsets that focused on rules, traditions, and outward appearances while neglecting relationship, grace, and true transformation.

This teaching will explore how the spirit of religion can lead to legalism, pride, judgment, and performance-based faith, while Jesus Christ calls us into freedom, sonship, and a genuine relationship with Him. We will look at what God’s Word says about the difference between religion and relationship, the power of the blood of Jesus, and how the Holy Spirit transforms us from the inside out.

Come hungry for both food and the Word of God as we gather to worship Jesus, grow in faith, and pursue His presence together. Home church is at 12829 West 28th St Beach Park, IL 60099

James 4:11–17 🔥
Pride doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks religious.
• Judging others
• Acting like tomorrow is guaranteed
• Delaying obedience to God
James reminds us:“ You are a mist.”
Life is short. Tomorrow is not promised.
The blood of Jesus reminds us we all needed mercy, so we have no right to live pridefully toward others.
Jesus showed us true humility:
• He showed mercy instead of condemnation. • He surrendered fully to the Father
• He obeyed even unto death on the cross
Stop delaying what God already told you to do.
Forgive. Repent. Trust Him. Surrender. Obey.
Today matters.

This Saturday we’ll be teaching through James 4:1–10 and talking about the battles that happen within our hearts and relationships.

The enemy wants division, offense, bitterness, and isolation —
but Jesus brings healing, restoration, freedom, and reconciliation.

James reminds us:
“God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”

Join us for a night of food, worship, fellowship, and the Word as we seek God together and allow the Holy Spirit to transform our hearts.

Faith that works isn’t loud—it’s revealed over time.
