Would you know how to help a friend, a colleague, or loved one experiencing a mental health crisis?

Just like physical first aid, MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID teaches you how to recognize the signs of mental health challenges and how to respond with care, support, and confidence.

Let’s build a community where mental health is treated with the same urgency and care as physical health!

The adult Mental Health First Aid course is appropriate for anyone age 18 and older who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health-related crisis or problem. There are three opportunities to take this class. Please choose ONE below.
