At Rico's, we've always believed that good food is only part of what makes a restaurant special. It's the people who walk through our doors, the friendships we've built, the familiar faces we look forward to seeing, and the community we're so fortunate to be part of.
And for us, that's what makes Rico's feel like family.
We want to share something with you about our menu prices.
Over the past several months, the cost of nearly everything it takes to operate our restaurant has continued to rise. From ingredients and supplies to packaging and everyday operating expenses, we've been absorbing these increases for as long as we possibly could.
We've worked hard to avoid passing those additional costs along to you because we understand that every dollar matters. Unfortunately, we've reached a point where a price adjustment has become necessary.
Please know that this decision was not made lightly.
We also want to make you a promise.
We will not reduce our portions. We will not compromise the quality of our ingredients. And we will not cut corners on the food you've come to know and love.
Those things are simply not negotiable for us.
When you order from Rico's, we want you to receive the same generous portions, the same familiar flavors, and the same quality you've always expected. We will continue working hard to keep our prices as reasonable as possible while staying true to everything that makes Rico's, Rico's.
But beyond the food, there's something else we never want to change.
The way we feel about our customers.
Some of you have been visiting us for years. We know your names, recognize your voices on the phone, remember your favorite orders, and genuinely look forward to catching up when you stop in. We've watched families grow, celebrated milestones, shared stories, and built friendships that mean the world to us.
You may come to Rico's for a meal, but we hope you always leave knowing how much we appreciate you.
Since 2003, the Saginaw community has supported our family and allowed us to do something we truly love. We never forget that, and we never take your loyalty for granted.
Our promise to you is simple: As long as we're serving this community, we'll continue giving you the same Rico's experience you've come to know and love.
Thank you for understanding, for supporting our small family business, and for continuing to choose Rico's. We know you have choices, and it means more than you know that you choose us.
