The Last Ground and Recharge program of the season is at Leila Arboretum tomorrow, October 20th, from 5:30-6:30pm! $10 drop in or prepay online using the event page.

The fall weather is forecasted to be sunny and beautiful ☀️🍂
I have some mats available, but feel free to bring your own, and, while you're at it, pack a cozy blanket, your favorite fuzzy socks , and/or a pillow to get comfy during the Divine energy bath portion of the program!! Come soak in this beautiful fall weather while taking some time to rest, relax, and recalibrate!

It’s perfect fall weather for a little outdoor self-care! Join Healing Frequencies tonight from 5:30-6:30 for an afterwork mindfulness and nervous system support program that is complete with nature immersion and a divine energy bath. 🍂🍁

WE HAVE SOME RAINY NEWS.

Unfortunately, due to the forecast calling for a whole lot of rain tomorrow, Trees & Troubadours at Leila Arboretum has been CANCELLED.

We were really looking forward to an evening of music, drinks and good times in the Kaleidoscope Garden with Ezra, Sean, Paul and Timothy. But sometimes Mother Nature has other plans.

Rather than have our troubadours, performers and guests trying to enjoy the evening in a soggy garden, we’re going to call it.

Thank you to everyone who was planning to join us. We hope you’ll come out to Leila for another event soon.

Stay dry, friends. The trees will get plenty of much needed water.

Trees & Troubadours is happening at Leila Arboretum, and your Thursday evening just found a better plan.

Join us from 5:30–8 p.m. in the Kaleidoscope Garden for a FREE evening of live music, drinks, wandering, and good times surrounded by some of Leila’s finest scenery.

TODAY is a good day to hit pause.

Join us this evening at Leila Arboretum for Ground and Recharge: An Afterwork Mindfulness and Nervous System Support Practice with Josephine Schofield of Healing Frequencies LLC.

Tonight, Tuesday, September 29 | 5:30–6:30 PM

This guided class focuses on nervous system health and support, with techniques and skills to help you center yourself during times of acute or prolonged stress.

The evening ends with a Divine energy bath, with Josephine channeling Usui Reiki, Karuna® and Urevia® energies as you relax and connect with the healing energies of nature at the top of Leila’s hill.

$10 per class.

Yoga mats will be available, or bring your own. You can also bring a pillow, blanket, socks or whatever helps you get cozy and comfortable.

This is an outdoor program, so dress for the weather. The pavilion will provide shelter in case of light rain.

🌳🎶 TREES & TROUBADOURS IS THIS THURSDAY! 🎶🌳

Leila is trading the quiet rustle of leaves for a whole lot more noise.

Join us Thursday, October 1st, from 5:30–8 p.m. in the Kaleidoscope Garden for a FREE evening of live music, drinks, performers, crooners, buskers, and general good-time behavior.

Come wander the garden, grab a drink, listen to some seriously good local music, and enjoy one of those fall evenings where you realize you probably should have been doing this all along.

Tomorrow, give yourself an hour to slow down and recharge.

If your week has already been moving at full speed, take a little time for yourself tomorrow evening at Leila Arboretum.

Ground and Recharge: An Afterwork Mindfulness and Nervous System Support Practice returns Tuesday, September 29, from 5:30–6:30 PM, led by Josephine Schofield of Healing Frequencies LLC.

We all have that friend.

The one who says, “We really need to get together sometime.”

And then somehow six months pass.

Consider this your official excuse.

Meet them at Leila Arboretum.

Take a walk. Wander through the gardens. Find something you’ve never noticed before. Sit on a bench and catch up.

Because “we should get together sometime” is nice.

Actually getting together is better.

Paul Rogers will also be entertaining you at Trees & Troubadours!

Paul brings a love of classic rock, original music, and live performance to every show. His sets feature familiar classic rock favorites with a few of his own originals sprinkled in, creating a mix that feels both nostalgic and personal.

Paul also adds harmonica to some of his songs, giving his performances an extra layer of sound and character. But what he enjoys most is reading the room and finding the right melodies to match the mood of the audience.

Whether he’s playing a well-known favorite or one of his own songs, Paul’s goal is simple: create a great musical experience and connect with the people listening.
