Revere Running Club

Revere Running Club The Revere Running Club was founded with the idea that running is more than a punishment, it's a social sport that you can enjoy for a lifetime.

The goal of the Revere Running Club is to promote the sports of track and cross country with students in the surrounding area of Revere Local Schools in Northeast Ohio. We look to introduce running to students as early as the 3rd grade and provide opportunities to train, improve, and have fun, through the 12th grade. RRC started in 2018. Middle School and High School runners are able to train with

the club until they begin practice with their MS/HS teams on August 1.

3rd - 6th grades have a season of races that coincides with the the MS/HS cross country season, wrapping up with the youth national championships in late November. RRC registration includes a team shirt and there are shirts available for parents to purchase. Summer races are suggested by the club and all are optional. Practices are held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

It’s our last week for the MS/HS group, we’ve got a race to sign up for (it’s less than 50 miles!), and a sign up for the pizza party on Thursday - check your for email for all the important news and information.

Practice is at Allardale Park at 6pm today.

We will start practice at the car park near the playground, but if that is full then please use the lodge car park and walk down the steep grass hill back to the playground using the Blue Trail.

PRACTICE CANCELLED. unfortunately we are at Howe Meadow and the storm is happening now and will likely continue until 6.30 (and then we’d have to wait another 30 mins).

We’ll try again at the Track tomorrow.
