The 2026 Leadership class presented their project today at the Mark Brown Park (behind city hall)

The Leadership Bartlett Class of 2026 recently held their education session and visited three schools at Bartlett City Schools. The class was able to tour Rivercrest Elementary, Elmore Park Middle and Bartlett High School. They ended the day with an amazing lunch prepared by the culinary arts students in the Panther's Den.

Our Leadership Bartlett Class of 2026 held their orientation in mid-January (before all the winter weather) at St. Columba Episcopal Camp and Retreat Center.

We are excited for the participants in this class as they bring a ton of professionalism and expertise!

This prestigious program, offered through the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce, develops leaders who are committed to community growth and positive change. Over the coming months, participants will:
✅ Explore key aspects of Bartlett and Shelby County leadership and operations
✅ Take part in behind-the-scenes tours and sessions with local leaders
✅ Experience an overnight trip to Nashville to learn about state government
✅ Collaborate on a meaningful community project
