The POSE Project

The POSE Project The POSE Project is a trauma-sensitive yoga and mentoring project for girls ages 14 to 18.

Our mission is to provide a safe and empowering space for adolescent females to heal and grow through trauma-sensitive yoga practices while also fostering meaningful relationships with caring mentors who support their personal development and well-being. POSE is taught by certified Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator, Fay O'Neill. The TCTSY methodology is based on central compo

nents of trauma theory, attachment theory, neuroscience, and yoga philosophy and practice. The POSE Project will practice at 4p on Tuesday and Friday afternoons at Hopestone Cancer Center.

Not sure what to talk about? This Digital Risk Assessment from ALRT! is a great way to start!
