A little yoga before work today. A little time in between the morning routine and a new job. Space to move and breathe and play with king tilly! This young cat is something else. Terrorizing the dogs, attacking plants, and anything that moves. He never pierces the skin with his teeth, but I see many a claw trim in his future!

Goats in a nutshell. This is buck showing off how goofy goats can be. Notice how georgie is not involved even though they are usually side by side. Georgie is above it all. I'm pretty sUre buck is georgies guinea pig. No goats were harmed in the making of this video. The bag was empty they didn't get any chicken feed.

Post run joy! I dont get the runners high every single run but it seems when I do it's when I go further or faster than I expected. So maybe if I don't expect anything ill get it everytime? Lol regardless I always feel good after moving whether it's walking, running, biking, yoga. I always feel extra good when I donate after a run as well. This week I heard a neighbor was struggling with money so anonymously I left a 50 shaws gift card in her mail box. This was my donation this week. Because I could i did and it felt good! Do good BE good
