It's with great sadness we share the passing of our dear friend Randy Childs. He was a founding member of our club, long time Rotarian, and dear friend to many. His beautiful smile was always warm and welcoming. He will be missed dearly.

Poetry From My Brain Parts by combines poetry, music, comedy and storytelling all on one stage. The performance will include 11 poems from Tamora’s forthcoming poetry book, Poetry FromMy Brain Parts. With the collaboration of and the pop-up interactive art installation pieces from Rhode Island artist Alana Con will make this show a vibrant and exciting event for the Cape Cod community.

It’s finally here! Feb 8th at 7pm and Feb 9th at 2pm in the Cape Cod Community Colleges black box theater. As we celebrate today, take some time to reflect on the impact you have on others. How can we as individuals be kinder to eachother, celebrate eachother, help eachother, educate eachother, and love eachother. In Rotary we have a motto we try to embody each day. Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned. Dr. King had this dream too. He wanted all of us to come together and do great things so that everyone can benefit from the positive changes. As you continue your week, how will you build goodwill and better friendships? Rotary Club of Barnstable Sunrise – Spreading Holiday Cheer! 🎄🎅

We are thrilled to share that the Oth Annual Christmas Dinner for Seniors, Veterans, and People in Need was a heartwarming success! ❤️

Our club was able to donate supplies to support this wonderful event!

It was held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at the Wareham Multi-Service Center, the event brought our community together to share a delicious meal 🍽️, warm smiles 😊, and the true spirit of giving. Thanks to your incredible generosity, and all you do!

A special thank you to all the donors, volunteers, and organizers who made this event possible. 🙏 Your kindness and dedication helped brighten the holidays for so many.

Together, we made a difference. Here’s to continuing the spirit of service in the New Year! 🎉 Happy Holidays! ✨
