Come explore the Otter Creek gorge with us (along Stone’s Pocket Road in Baxter’s Hollow Preserve) and learn about our along the way. We will be leading guided hikes, observing and banding , and searching for aquatic species in Otter Creek. Try your hand at sketching and journaling about your observations, or learn about the of Turkey Vultures – and maybe even meet one!

Directions: Baxter’s Hollow Preserve is owned and managed by The Nature Conservancy in Wisconsin. There is a gravel parking lot on the right side of Stone’s Pocket Road, and you can walk down the road from there. We will be set up near the first bridge at the bottom of the hill, about a quarter mile away from the parking area.
