Welcome to Maine Center for Cultural Connections. When we know each other, our fear will turn into hope.

MCCC is a cultural and educational organization where the community members can come together to share their culture through Art, Music, Literature and Language. At this time of division in our world, we have come to realize that today, more than ever, there is a need to create a place for ALL the people in our community to come together to share their stories, way of life, culture, art, music, po

etry, folk songs , food, dance, etc. We are here to learn from one another and to get to know each other and build strong friendship. A hope for a peaceful world for all of us. We can then teach this to our children and only through peaceful dialog we can hope for global peace. Please note this is not a political organization, neither a religious one. This is an organization established by the people or our community, for the people of community solely for cultural and educational purposes. We are here to build bridges and to foster understanding and mutual respect for all the people who live peacefully side by side in our wonderful state of Maine. Simin Khosravani,
