Hey witches:
The chance of rain this afternoon is between 20 and 40% depending on which app we’re using. Ayla and I have decided to go ahead and host the potluck today in spite of the chance of rain.
It will be cloudy so we’ll likely miss the sunset, but please join us if you’re willing to risk a little wetness. Families welcome, please bring things to swap, and bring something for a show and tell if you’re so inclined!
We will be gathering for a potluck at Druid Hill Park on Sunday September 20, 2026, to celebrate the Fall Equinox. We will be meeting at the Susquehannock Pavilion from 5 pm – 8 pm. Baltimore Reclaiming has a long-standing tradition of sitting together to watch the sunset on the Fall Equinox.
For many of us summer is a time to travel and explore. We learn so much from our connections with others and with the land in so many places. At fall equinox we often take time to think about the things that we have discovered and learned throughout the summer. This year we invite you to bring your stories and special mementos from your summer adventures with you to the potluck. Let’s sit down and have circle time and do a little show and tell with our younger selves. Please consider bringing anything
you would like to show or talk about. This will allow our younger selves to come out and play together and strengthen our connections with each other.
