Mentoring-Mentors Mentoring Mentors Inc. (MMI) is more than a nonprofit; it’s an opportunity for youth to redefine their futures.

Founded in 2014, we introduced the Intergenerational Near-to-Peer Mentoring Model in 2018, which provides empathy education and mentorship.

Support hits different when it gives our kids real exposure.

We had the privilege of taking Windsor Hills students to the Gettysburg battlefield—and the impact was immediate. Exposure → mindset shift → behavior change → confidence → opportunity.

History feels different when you can stand where it happened.

Huge thank you to Chris and Brenda Nagle for making this trip possible. We’re grateful, and we’re excited to keep opening doors for our young people.

Three years ago, it felt like only a few people truly believed in our work. Receiving the Community Accountability Grant from was a turning point.

Since then, they’ve supported us through Learning Labs, given us stability, and created opportunities for us to learn from local leaders and travel across the country to deepen our understanding of youth development. That growth has allowed us to show up for our young people in a stronger, more intentional way.

As this grant comes to a close, we just want to say thank you. you for believing in us, investing in us, and allowing us to do the work we love.
