Baltimore City Green Party Co-Chair
Owen Silverman Andrews was elected Co-Chair of the Baltimore City Green Party on December 10, 2017. Professionally, he is an adult educator who has worked to empower immigrants through English language acquisition for more than half a decade, and holds a M.A. TESOL from UMBC. He lives in Patterson Park, Baltimore with his partner/wife Mairin and their dog Amber. Owen is a committed life-long learner and listener dedicated to empowering and building community. He is inspired by his grandfather, Abe Silverman, who taught him to always root for the underdog and remember the little guy. #LetsBuild
