Our board members Dr. Michael Donaldson, Author and Isaac Loyal have created (and are leading) a ten-week workshop that is intended to benefit the mental health of men.

We will focus on topics that aim on improving mental health and will do so through the lens of the philosophy of stoicism.

The meetings will be virtual on Wednesdays from 6-8 beginning March 6th. If you are interested in joining us for lively and meaningful conversations, please visit the website shared below and complete the interest form. We need to cap things at 15 people.

Pens, pencils, and erasers
Laptops or computers (if available)
Writing prompts or creative writing exercises
Reference books on grammar, style, and storytelling
Whiteboards or chalkboards for group brainstorming and discussions
Writing software (such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or specialized writing software)
Storyboarding materials for planning visual narratives (if applicable)

Costumes and props for different scenes (can be improvised or basic)
Audio equipment (microphones, speakers) for voice projection exercises
Video recording equipment (cameras or smartphones) for self-assessment and practice
Lighting equipment for understanding the impact of lighting on mood and setting

Video cameras (DSLRs, camcorders, smartphones)
Tripods or stabilizers for steady shots
External microphones for better audio quality
Lighting equipment (softboxes, reflectors) for controlled lighting setups
Green screen or backdrop for special effects or scene versatility
Video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
Computers with sufficient processing power for video editing
