As Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at NCIA ChangingLives, Sophia led enterprise-wide compliance, quality improvement, risk management, internal auditing, investigations, policy governance, and regulatory oversight for a large and complex nonprofit human services organization. Throughout her career, she has specialized in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments, strengthen internal controls, forecast future needs, and translate complex requirements into practical, common-sense business solutions.
