Students will be the first to learn inside the renovated high school after construction that began in 2024 wrapped up this month.

Event Shuttle & Parking Information
To help ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience for all attendees, complimentary shuttle service will be provided from Coppin State University H Lot, located in the rear of the Sports Complex, to the Frederick Douglass/

Joseph C. Briscoe Site.
Shuttle Drop-Off Location:
Shuttles will drop passengers off in the loop at the Frederick Douglass/Joseph C. Briscoe Site on the Gwynns Falls side.
Shuttle Schedule:
Morning Service: 8:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
Return Service: Beginning at 11:00 a.m. and continuing as needed.

Parking Information:

The general public parking lot on Warwick Avenue has a capacity of only 44 spaces.
The Gwynns Falls parking lot will be reserved exclusively for VIP parking and will only be available for 12 ADA Parking Spaces.

Guests are strongly encouraged to park in Coppin State University H Lot and utilize the complimentary shuttle service.

Additional guest parking is also available in the Coppin State University F lot. (shuttle not available)

Please do not Park in Reserved parking spaces on the lots.

Please do not park at the Mondawmin Mall , your car will be towed.
