****ATTENTION BAY RUCKER NATION****
Yes I know we been extremely quiet the last few month, but we are getting more active and planning more events. But that not what this post is about. A few blocks from my house there’s a donut shop called Diablo Doughnuts. Now I know we are about fitness but we all have our vises. The owner makes some crazy combinations and flavors and some outrageous names. The other day I bought some and he had a new one. Pictures above. How the owner named his business is an amazing story. I will leave it up to him to tell the story, I don’t want to leave any parts out.

When I was young in my military career rucking was extremely hard for me. I’d get in my head and screw myself.

Now rucking is my passion. Rucking is how I stay healthy. That’s why I created this GORUCK Tribe, to spread my passion and to bring others with the same passion together.

David Goggins is one my favorite authors. He’s inspiring and direct. Though he’s harsh every story or speech has a deeper meaning.

I miss 9/12.. I miss the patriotism and how united Americans became across the country.

I also live in Maryland now and learned that 9/12 is a state holiday known as Defenders Day. It celebrates a defensive victory in Baltimore city during the War of 1812 and led to the poem The Star Spangled Banner, which turned into a song and in 1931 proclaimed as our national anthem by President Hoover.

I like Defenders Day, I like 9/12, I love my country and I love being an American.
