🧡 He Was Given Up… For Being Too Loving 🐾
When 8-year-old Ravi was dropped off at a vet clinic in Connecticut, the reason his owners gave left everyone stunned — they said he was “too affectionate.”
This gentle boy had done nothing wrong. He just wanted to love and be loved. 💔
The clinic staff were heartbroken and immediately reached out to The Little Guild Rescue, who took Ravi in without hesitation.
And from the moment he arrived, everyone could see what made him “too much” for his old family — Ravi is pure love. ❤️ He follows people around for cuddles, naps in laps, and greets everyone like a long-lost friend.

“He’s got the sweetest, goofiest personality,” one staff member shared. “He just wants to be held and snuggle all day.”
Now, after a month at the shelter, Ravi’s story has captured hearts across the internet — with over 100 adoption applications pouring in! 🐱✨
Ravi doesn’t ask for much — just a home where his big heart is welcomed, not rejected. Whoever adopts him will never have a lonely day again.

Rocco, an African Grey parrot, was taken in by the National Animal Welfare Trust’s Berkshire center in 2018 after being found as a stray.

Because he caused trouble in the office by swearing and throwing his water bowl, staff member Marion Wischnewski took him home. There, Rocco became fascinated with her Amazon Alexa device, using it to play music and add items such as strawberries, watermelon, raisins, broccoli, and ice cream to the shopping list.

Wischnewski said she regularly has to check her shopping list and cancel the items he has added.

This mama cat went viral in 2026 after “adopting” an orphaned baby deer and treating it like one of her own kittens.

‎She allowed the tiny fawn to stay with her litter, drink milk beside them, and sleep next to the cats every day.

In 1963, a man in Turkey was renovating his home when he discovered a hidden opening behind a wall. He had noticed his chickens disappearing through a gap in the basement, and that odd clue helped lead him to Derinkuyu, a vast underground city hidden beneath Cappadocia.

What he had stumbled onto was enormous.

Derinkuyu reaches about 85 meters (280 feet) underground and has 18 levels. At its peak, it may have sheltered as many as 20,000 people, along with their livestock and food stores.

Archaeologists found that it included all kinds of spaces built for survival: storage rooms, stables, wells, ventilation shafts, a chapel, and even a religious school. The city was used for long periods and became part of the underground town landscape of Cappadocia, which is now protected as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Losing a few chickens and ending up rediscovering one of the world’s most incredible underground cities is about as wild as history gets.
