The 11th Annual Bakersfield Firefighters Fishing Derby & Pancake Breakfast will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at River Walk Park in Bakersfield. There will be 1500 pounds of Lightening and Rainbow Trout stocked with trophy fish to 5 pounds in the mix. Twenty-five of the trout will be tagged with the lowest numbered trout caught during event worth $1000. There are also 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies for 6 different age groups. There will be a 12-foot unlimited NuCanoe kayak raffle and many other raffle prizes. Please join us for a great cause and support our local disadvantaged children.
