We proudly participated in the MADD Walk last week by hosting an educational booth dedicated to promoting wellness and healthy living. Our team provided valuable resources and guidance on managing anxiety, practicing effective self-care strategies, and building healthy eating habits. This event gave us a meaningful opportunity to connect with the community, raise awareness, and empower individuals with practical tools to support both their mental and physical health.

Yesterday at the Latination event, we were able to connect with our community and provide education to nearly 50 individuals on building healthy habits. We shared simple yet powerful tools—including deep breathing exercises and stress-reduction techniques—to support daily wellness.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and empower our community with practical strategies for healthier living. 💜 AArts Council of KernHolistic Mind Body Wellnessit was become poosible KHS grant

✨ Taking care of your mental health can be simple and effective. ✨

This year, through our Healthy Kern Project with the support of Kern Family Health Care, we’re focusing on small daily habits that make a big difference:

🌬 Breathe & Relax: Inhale for 4, exhale for 8. Repeat 5x.
🚶 Move & Release: Take a 10-minute walk or stretch to lower stress.
🧠 Mind & Focus: Write down worries, reframe your thoughts, and visualize a calm place.

💜 Your wellness matters—and Kern Family Health Care is here to support you.
