We proudly participated in the MADD Walk last week by hosting an educational booth dedicated to promoting wellness and healthy living. Our team provided valuable resources and guidance on managing anxiety, practicing effective self-care strategies, and building healthy eating habits. This event gave us a meaningful opportunity to connect with the community, raise awareness, and empower individuals with practical tools to support both their mental and physical health.

Yesterday at the Latination event, we were able to connect with our community and provide education to nearly 50 individuals on building healthy habits. We shared simple yet powerful tools—including deep breathing exercises and stress-reduction techniques—to support daily wellness.
