Behind The Scenes: On the early morning of every Village Fest, the volunteer event team gathers for breakfast 24th Street Cafe for one final prep meeting before headimg to Kern County Museum for the day. This year was a huge success! Thank You 🙏🏽

One thing is for sure- EVERYONE must have a valid ID to enter.
What about if your purse got stolen last night- but you have a photo of your ID on your phone and a birth certificate? That will work. Bring everything that you have to prove your 21+. Passport is another excellent ID. What about if my dog ate my license but I have a library card and Costco membership card? That would be a "no".

Clear purse clarification: You can bring a regular purse, but it will be searched, which could slow down your entry time. No weapons, pepper spray, knives, etc. allowed.

We've seen a few people post that we've gotten more expensive this year. When actually it's same price as last year. California changed the law so that a ticket seller can't display a price then tack on fees at the end. Eventbrite fees aren't that bad compared to AXS and Ticketmaster. In other words, we still are only netting $89, the rest goes to Eventbrite. Just like last year. Hope that helps you understand why it displays $115.
