The Kern County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) Community-wide Advisory Council
(CAC) is a diverse group of Kern County residents who advocate for positive change in relations, policies and laws to create a safer community for all.

On Wednesday, March 16, the CAC, KCSO and the Monitoring team held its first first public forum to discuss how the Sheriff's Office is meeting the terms of a stipulated judgment between the KCSO and the California Department of Justice.
