A very powerful reminder that our youth are watching everything we model as adults…

Chippewa Valley Coalition
“A brief film intended to raise awareness among parents, educators, and community members about the influences that surround children and teens today. Social media, billboards, storefront advertising, open substance use, and popular shows, movies, and music, can all contribute to the perception that alcohol, ma*****na, va**ng, and other drugs are harmless.”

🚫⚾️ STOP NORMALIZING IT AT THE BALL FIELD 🥎🚫
Showing up to your kid’s baseball or softball game with a beer in your hand or lighting up on the sidelines might seem harmless…
but it sends a message louder than you think 👇
👉 It tells kids:
“This is how you have fun.”
“This is how you cope.”
“This is what you need to socialize.”
💥 The truth?
Kids are ALWAYS watching.
And what we normalize… they internalize.
We don’t need alcohol or substances to:
✔️ Cheer on our kids
✔️ Connect with other parents
✔️ Enjoy the moment
❤️ What they do need is:
• Present adults
• Positive role models
• Healthy coping examples
🔥 Let’s flip the script:
Show up clear-minded.
Be engaged.
Be the example they deserve.
Because at the end of the day…
👉 OUR KIDS ARE WORTH IT.
