Day 1 Recap: C&I Event ✨
What a great day at the C&I Event! Our Team Worthy was out there connecting with retailers and suppliers across New Zealand.

We had the opportunity to showcase our hero brands – H2Coco, Ferrarelle, Vidal, Dragon Sweets, Takis, Tradie and Fruityburst, alongside our portfolio including Whittaker’s, Mars, Mondelez products, Pringles, and many more.

The conversations have been meaningful, and we’re grateful for the feedback. Our unified national FMCG distribution network is here to serve.

As the festive season approaches and the year winds down, all of us at Worthy want to take a moment to say thank you.

It’s been a year of growth, celebration, and meaningful change and we’re incredibly grateful to our partners, customers, and community for being part of the journey.

We wrapped up the year the best way we know how: together. From sharing great food and a few laughs, to team bonding over mini golf and some seriously thoughtful Secret Santa gifts, it was a reminder that our people are at the heart of everything we do.

Moments like these reflect the culture we’re proud of, one built on connection, teamwork, and enjoying the wins along the way. As we head into the new year, we’re re-energised and ready to continue growing together.

Last week, the Worthy team experienced the All-Blacks Experience, and it was a powerful reminder of what excellence truly looks like.

What stood out wasn’t just the interactive moments or the thrill of stepping into the game, it was the culture behind it all. From feeling the force of the haka, to learning about connection, and what it means to wear the black jersey, every part of the experience reinforced one thing: great teams are built on purpose, discipline, and shared values.

The and don’t just train skills, they build trust, accountability, and a mindset of continuous improvement. That’s something we deeply relate to at Worthy. Whether it’s in our warehouses, offices, or partnerships across NZ and the Pacific, we believe strong culture and teamwork drive long-term success.

We walked in curious, with a growth mindset, and walked out inspired, proud of our national teams and the standards they represent, both on and off the field.

Honest Reactions to H2Coco 🥥🌴

So many of you stopped by to try H2Coco, share a kind word, and tell us how refreshing it tasted. We were flat out handing out samples all day, so we didn’t get to capture every reaction, but your support, your smiles, and your enthusiasm truly meant the world to us.

We had so many lovely conversations, heard some great feedback, and even had a few of you come back for seconds (and thirds!). It was a special weekend for us, and we’re so glad we got to share it with you.

Whether you came for a sip, stayed for a chat, or brought friends back for round two, thank you. You made our weekend.
