Even though the weather cut the celebration short, Avon Lake still showed up in a big way for our Dunk Tank Fundraiser. Thanks to everyone who donated, cheered, took a shot, and helped us raise over $700 for local charities!

A huge thank-you to our brave volunteers who agreed to take the plunge. You made it fun, memorable, and just the right amount of splashy.

The fireworks rain date is happening today, but please note: the dunk tank will not be there. However, the giving continues! Our Dunk Tank Donation Drive will remain open on our website through July 15.

As our Jubilee events come to a close, we’re still hoping to keep one sweet idea baking: the Great Avon Lake Bake-Off Cookbook. 🧁

We’re collecting Bake-Off recipes through the end of July. If we receive enough submissions, we hope to share the cookbook later this year — just in time for plenty of holiday baking inspiration.

If we don’t receive enough recipes, the cookbook may not make it out of the oven, so if you entered the Bake-Off, please send yours in!

Ribbon winners are especially encouraged to submit, but all Bake-Off entries are welcome. Please submit one recipe per form, and include a photo if you have one.
