We have received an overwhelming response to our Housing Stabilization Program — Our Independent Shared Living Transitional Home.

The calls, the messages, the referrals… they haven’t stopped. And that tells us one thing: the need for safe, stable housing in our community is real.

Because of that need, we took action.

We’re excited to share that we have secured another property.

This new home allows us to expand and support more individuals who are ready for structure, accountability, and a real opportunity to stabilize and move forward.

We are now accepting inquiry forms and applications for this new property.

Serenity Property Solutions owns and operates stabilized shared housing serving Austin and Central Texas.

We are proud to announce the soft opening of our first independently operated shared housing location, created to support individuals and families navigating housing instability. Our housing model prioritizes safety, dignity, accountability, and community, offering stable living environments designed to support long-term housing success.

Through our partnership with The Healing Project ATX, residents connected to Serenity Property Solutions may also access wraparound resources, including food assistance, hygiene items, household essentials, and community-based navigation support.

At Serenity Property Solutions, we believe housing stability is foundational. Our work is rooted in sustainable housing solutions that meet people where they are while creating pathways toward independence and self-sufficiency.
