As Parent2Parent grows we want to make sure you know who P2P is! 🎉🎉

Parent2Parent invites mothers all around ATX to our first informative mommy session, here you'll learn about what P2P does, hear about other services implemented for moms, and meet other moms here in Austin! This event is a nurturing, safe space experience for mommies so we ask that no extra guest are brought 😊

- Spots are limited! (20 spots!)

- Bring the kids if needed! (we'll have simple activities and toys to play with, but note this is a day to unwind!)

- Come cute, casual and comfy! (This is a day for the girls! let mommy go and snap back girl!)

- Food and drinks will be provided!

Good Morning P2P families! 🌤️🌈
As we've welcomed the new year Parent2Parent has updated our terms and conditions. With so many new resources and partnerships we've made, this is to ensure that we are able to continue to provide, support and service those who mostly need. Unfortunately this updated policy requires everyone to reapply for our non-profit program. Our program goal is to decrease the amount of young parents lacking access to government assistance and bring awareness to the mental health struggles we all can experience after having a baby. If you or someone you may know qualifies as TWO of the following

- First Time Teen Parent (You're under the age of 19 having your first baby)

- Currently Pregnant with a child/children under 15 years of age (Pregnant with dependents unable to work)

- Experiencing homelessness ( Currently not living in a home with family or friends, currently living in a shelter, or living in unhealthy housing conditions with a child)

- Not actively receiving government assistance (Not receiving or waiting to receive food stamps, WIC, financial housing assistance)

- Escaping domestic violence ( Leaving a domestic situation, living within a SAFE housing protection program)

Who is Parent2Parent?💭

👉P2P is a non-profit organization founded here in Austin, Texas by mothers, for mothers.❤️
Our team of community volunteers help us as we raise awareness to the importance of supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum. Not only do we educate our community but we also provide by gathering resources and donations for families from clothing, food, toys to government services assistance.

P2P host mommy event twice a month to bring a community of moms together and share our experiences and thoughts, gather needed resources and create a solid village for single mothers.

Parent 2 Parent is officially on Facebook now!

If you're new to our program, P2P's mission is to help low income mothers and children of Austin receive the resources they need! Parent 2 Parent connects families with programs such as WIC, Clothing Drives, Healthcare, and Food Assistance.

We have partners available to support online at all times! And in person gatherings for goods and supplies.
