REVO Rentals - Austin, TX REVO Rentals provides flexible term room rentals in multi-family suburban homes within high CoL cities. Currently operating in Austin, TX.

REVO Rentals is a flexible term room rental service intended to help alleviate some of the burden of being in a high cost of living city like Austin, TX by making it easy to live with house mates in a large suburban home. We provide staple food items and household necessities like toilet paper and paper towels in all of our houses at no extra charge. All houses have Google Fiber gigabit internet a

nd Nest thermostats. Some houses have garden beds on site, and we handle all yard maintenance. Pet friendly, LGBTQ+ inclusive, record friendly. No application fees, no pet fees, no BS. We ask for a 3 month minimum commitment, after that we go month to month until the situation no longer works. Utilities come out to around $125 per person per month, but it varies. We have a large primary bedroom with a private bathroom available to rent for $1,025/month. This one story home is located in a NE Austin neighborhood that has two pools, walking trails, two playgrounds, and a dog park!

There's a 3-month minimum for the rental agreement, then it goes month-to-month after that. Utilities are split by head, due once a month.

Here's why you'll love living here:

- Stable and Affordable: No application fees, no credit checks, no surprise fees, no crazy rent increases! We do ask that if you have a record you just let us know about it, it's not a disqualifier!

- Good Vibes: We have a garden bed in progress out back by the patio, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The current housemates are a group of 3 hardworking guys who have two cats and a dog.

- Inclusive community: We're a friendly bunch who are LGBTQ+ friendly and pet-friendly!!! 😊

- Transparency: We believe in meeting face-to-face before anyone commits! We'll schedule a tour so you can see the place for yourself and get a feel for the vibe. After the tour, and you'll receive a sample copy of the simple one-page agreement to think on.

- Bonus! : We do our best to stock the house with some basic necessities*, so you can save a little extra cash on groceries.
