• Cerise Fukuji, who has produced more than 350 hours of streaming and cable television. Her work includes Ted Bundy: Dialogue with the Devil (Hulu), Unsolved Mysteries (Netflix), Crime in Progress (A&E) and Breaking Homicide (Investigation Discovery).
• Bethiael Alemayoh, Director of Content & Distribution at Austin PBS.

WIFT Austin’s ATX TV Festival events are now open for registration on our website.

Events on Saturday, May 30:

• The Other Bennet Sister advance screening + Q&A
2:45pm at the State Theatre

• WIFT Austin ATX TV Festival Reception at Heydey Social Club
3:45pm at Heydey Social Club inside the Hyatt Centric

• Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed screening + conversation
5pm at the State Theatre

Please note:
• If you do not have an ATX TV Festival badge, you must register separately for each event you would like to attend.

Join us for WIFT Austin’s monthly networking night to connect with fellow filmmakers, creatives and industry pros.

About this month’s speakers:

Founder of Tika Creation, Tika Cook has 15+ years in the entertainment industry. She’s a former Texas talent agent at Bennet Connection Talent Agency with experience from both the actor and agent perspective. Tika Creations is a creative home designed to give actors the real support, resources and guidance they deserve.

Angela Bennett is the Founder and Lead Agent at Bennet Connection, the SAG-AFTRA franchise boutique talent agency. Her experience in independent film, theater, commercials, TV and film helps her represent union and non-union talent across the U.S and Canada.

Andy Grapko is a certified Intimacy Coordinator through Intimacy Directors and Coordinators, a SAG-AFTRA member, and the Resident Intimacy Director for the Department of Theatre and Dance at the University of Texas at Austin where she teaches in the acting area. Her work has been seen on Hulu, Netflix, the CW, Paramount and soon to be on Apple TV+, and at festivals around the country, including SXSW.
