Meet Adam Dean Hoffman. Adam seemingly had it all. A Great career, a wife, a happy son. He must be highly intelligent because he graduated with a Master's degree from prestigious Cornell University. Then obtained a law degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Go Bears. That's a lot of respectable education for sure.

Adam is married to Jenny, a career teacher. They share a son together. Unfortunately the couple lost an infant daughter many years ago. Mr. Hoffman specializes in patent law, intellectual property law, and the unrelated field of criminal defense. That checks. At the time of publication, Mr. Hoffman is in good standing with the Texas State Bar. According to their website anyway.

Adam is also a CHILD PREDATOR. For several years Predator Hoffman's young son had a best friend who often stayed nights in the Hoffman home. The young friend declared that Predator Hoffman began molesting him around age 7. The victim articulated that the molestation continued at night for years during the sleepovers.

Predator Hoffman's wife Jenny declared her husband absolutely innocent and that the little boy is a liar. She must have truly believed so because she uttered it under oath in her husband's trial. Mrs. Hoffman is a long time educator so she must know a little liar when she sees one. After all, the victim was in the Hoffman home hundreds of times over the years. Mrs. Hoffman even said she "considered the boy family."

One might think a seasoned educator and mother would be more cautious about letting a "little liar" around her child so often. The victim wasn't just a liar. He was also emotionally disturbed and began to have anger issues and and suicidal ideation. The boys emotional instability probably had nothing to do with being s*xually molested by a grown man for so many years.

After his outcry, the victim was forensically interviewed and medically examined by professionals. Charges were brought against Predator Hoffman and it was determined there was enough evidence to charge him with the felony of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. Being a criminal lawyer himself, Predator Hoffman likely knew how to avoid leaving evidence of a crime. However, the victim was such a good liar, he convinced a grand jury and prosecutors that he was violated by a well-educated, respected member of their own legal community.

Predator Hoffman was clearly worried about these charges and he conferred with a fellow attorney friend named Josh Tetens. Turns out Mr. Tetens was running for McLennan County District Attorney. This caused the DA's office to recuse their involvement in the case and turn it over to the Texas Attorney General's office.

The Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has been quite busy for a while now as he is in a heated election for Senator. It's understandably hard to be on the campaign trail and run an entire state office. Apparently lots of minor crimes can fall through the cracks. Crimes like child r**e.

Predator Hoffman's charges resulted in a mistrial as jurors could not come to an agreement. Boy, that little victim must have been a very good liar for it to go all the way to trial and convince half a jury that he was abused by such an upstanding member of society. Predator Hoffman must have breathed a sigh of relief as he was facing a minimum of 25 years to life in prison if found guilty of assaulting the seven to ten year old.

Since Predator Hoffman knows the law, he must have been acutely aware that the typical sentence for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a small child is about 30 years in state prison. Once released, the predator must register as a s*x offender for their entire life. And surely they would not allow a convicted child s*xual predator to practice law in the court system.

Instead of giving Predator Hoffman a new trial or dropping the case, the state made a deal with Predator Hoffman. No, he did not get the average sentence for a predator. He didn't even get the minimum sentence.

Brace yourself If you don't know this already, Predator Hoffman got 30 DAYS in jail. Yes you read that correctly, 30 DAYS. That is less than petty thieves and those with unpaid tickets receive.

Because Predator Hoffman is such an educated and important man, he won't be required to start serving that sentence until April 27th. He's not your run-of-the-mill criminal that can be dragged away in shackles and booked immediately. Oh no. He's the fancy sort who needs time to get his affairs in order.

You may be thinking "Well that seems like a ridiculously short sentence for such a heinous crime. At least he will be registered as a s*x offender his entire life and lose his law license..."

NOPE. Predator Hoffman will NOT HAVE TO REGISTER AS A S*X OFFENDER.

Predator Hoffman is also a licensed attorney in the state of Nebraska where his wife has relocated. Perhaps he will move to, and work in Nebraska. Time will tell.

In order to come to a plea agreement, the offender must admit guilt for the charge included in the agreement. Most courts require verbal and written acknowledgment of guilt while finalizing the plea bargain. Predator Hoffman pled guilty to charges of INDECENT ASSAULT and DISPLAYING HARMFUL MATERIAL TO A MINOR (Both charges are class A misdemeanors.)

So just maybe his son's best friend wasn't a "little liar" after all.

30 days in jail for robbing a child's innocence. Predator Hoffman will likely continue practicing law in Texas or elsewhere. Predator Hoffman will not be restricted in his movement nor will he have to register as a s*x offender. It looks like in Texas, the Attorney General gives sweetheart deals to certain individuals. We've included a photo with Attorney General Paxton's number. In case you want to call personally and ask "What makes Predator Hoffman such a special predator?"

Meet Kyle Henry Kramm of Seguin, Texas.

Seguin is a town of about 40,000 people located just east of San Antonio. Rich in history and culture, Seguin was founded in 1838 by the Texas Rangers and named in honor of Texas Revolution military figure Colonel Juan Seguin. Boasting a status as one of the oldest cities in Texas, Seguin is home to huge corporations such as Caterpillar, Vitesco, Tyson Foods, Georgia Pacific, Niagara Bottling, Alamo Group, and CMC Steel.

Kyle is a friendly fella, highly esteemed by his peers and seemingly close with local officials. A longtime member of multiple organizations, committees, and boards, Kyle enjoyed access to the inner workings, planning, and administration of the City of Seguin for over fifteen years. During his tenure, Kyle was employed by Seguin in various capacities.

For nearly a decade, Kyle has developed and overseen the city’s “Main Street” program and Visitors Bureau. This position afforded Kyle access to tax resources, local leaders, and infrastructural influence. Receiving a taxpayer funded salary of around $90,000 per year plus benefits and travel expenses, it looks like Kyle enjoyed his job and subsequent standard of living. Kyle has been a special guest at area events, and was commonly observed fraternizing with children and families as he promoted the City of Seguin.

Kyle is tall, highly educated, arguably handsome, and extremely social. His undergraduate studies in Public Relations and Political Science were conducted at Texas Lutheran University, in Seguin. Kyle then studied in the Master's Program of UTSA in San Antonio. His best friends are professing Christians and popular locals. He was even close with a regionally famous KWED radio personality who recently published a gracious op-ed about his dear friend Kyle. We will leave the link to that article in the comments.

This charismatic, well-educated city manager employee was also recently arrested for POSSESSING CHILD PO*******HY. As part of an ongoing investigation, GCSO investigators executed a search warrant at Kyle's residence where they found digital images and videos of the unspeakable kind. The Guadalupe County Sheriff's Department subsequently arrested Kyle Henry Kramm for the offense of Possession or Promotion of Child Po*******hy, a 3rd degree felony.

Seguin is as rich in Texas history as it is in the "good old boy" system. For over two decades, child predators have been ignored, overlooked, and given "passes." In fact, some of the child predators we have investigated and featured got their predatorial start right there in Seguin, Texas. Many predatorial teachers, officials, and public people have been grossly overlooked and potential cases dismissed because of their positions, power or who they knew socially.

Unfortunately for predators yet fortunately for citizens, there is a new sheriff in town. A former Texas Ranger, Sheriff Joshua Ray campaigned on promises to protect the most vulnerable of his constituents. So far, Sheriff Ray is completing his commitment. Upon assuming office, Ray immediately revamped systems of dispatch, reporting, and documentation. Lazy and dubious employees promptly quit their jobs following Sheriff Ray's election. Remaining employees are now accountable for their performance and conduct.

Most importantly, The new sheriff created a special task force that targets those who target children. To date, This task force has investigated and arrested dozens of alleged predators as well as fugitives and those with outstanding warrants. They have done so efficiently, utilizing local, state, and national resources.

PREDATORS BEWARE. Title, political position, socioeconomic status and personal connections are no longer bartering tools if you violate a child's innocence in Guadalupe County, Texas. Victims are now taken seriously. Your sins will be found out.

*If you or a child you know has been s*xually victimized by ANYONE in this jurisdiction, please reach out to the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office. You can also reach out to us for help. Your information remains confidential unless otherwise directed.

Unfortunately, "The Church" or Ecclesia (coming together of those summoned) has devolved into a highly lucrative, "tax exempt" entertainment club, seemingly more interested in "maintaining membership" than actually performing Christ's mandates, especially those which involve silent and unrewarded ACTION.

Friends, there are NO FEWER predators in "the church" than elsewhere. In fact, child and spiritual predators are EXPERTS in procuring and cultivating POSITIONS of UNEARNED AUTHORITY and trust. These folks are often EMBRACED by the spiritually broken, naive and the worse of all, the LIKE IN SPIRIT.

The best and MOST AUTHENTIC Christians are absolutely NOT the ones who secure titles, enjoy accolades, or practice public theological PONTIFICATION.

The true "Christ Follower" is quiet, humble, courageous, and peace-filled. They FELLOWSHIP with other believers but are perfectly AWARE that an INSTITUTION which continuously concedes to Cesar (the government via a 501C-3) does not and CANNOT adequately represent true Christian precepts. Nor is it their job to. The MANDATE belongs to each INDIVIDUAL in their every day existence.

Folks, as NORMALIZATION of early CHILDHOOD S*XUALIZATION ramps up, BE AWARE of WHERE predators openly HIDE. And WHO has done NOTHING to protect our kids thus far.

Nearly ALL s*xual abusers are people our kids KNOW and TRUST. P**n addiction ALWAYS escalates. If someone CLAIMS virtue loudly and proudly, they are likely doing just the OPPOSITE in real life. Sorry I'm NOT sorry if that steps on any toes. On the contrary, we should all WANT deviants EXPOSED- no matter WHERE they are cultivating, grooming, or lying in wait to DEVOUR the most innocent and helpless of humans.

Meet Zaid Mashhour Haddad. Dr. Haddad is an accomplished academic who has been a faculty member at the University of Texas San Antonio (UTSA) for over ten years. This guy is so smart, he earned a Ph.D. and has been a guest lecturer at fine schools such as UNLV in Las Vegas. Mr. Haddad is an Assistant Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies & Curriculum and Instruction and a member of the Department of Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching at UTSA. Boy is that an intellectual mouthful!

Zaid is clearly handsome, well educated, and a lot smarter than the general population. After all, he was selected for a highly coveted faculty position at a major University. Not to mention he is subsidized by taxpayers to further his work and research with vulnerable young students.

Don't take our word for his qualifications, here as some of his own words- "As a teacher educator and social justice advocate, my research interests in understanding the ways we negotiate our many intersecting identities as we encounter new and changing contexts." -Wow, INTERSECTING IDENTITIES. Sounds pretty smart. Well, he is paid to be smart.

Mr. Haddad continues- "Prior to joining the faculty at UTSA, I was a visiting faculty member and doctoral student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Before pursuing my Ph.D., I taught high school social studies and was a student council advisor for five years." -Double wow. This Dr. Haddad guy must must really have a passion for educating, leading, and guiding our youngsters.

Mr. Haddad enjoys studying and teaching the "exploration of intersecting identities" so much that he "studies" small boys in their most natural form via encrypted apps and dark streaming services. In fact, Mr. Haddad cares so much about these continual studies that ONE-HUNDRED-AND EIGHTY-ONE individual streaming videos were discovered on his devices.

We understand that all this academic jargon is above most of our heads. For those uneducated colloquial-types who don't have fancy educations or PhD's, the videos are commonly and accurately called CHILD PO*******HY.

Apparently, four years ago, the FBI caught the good professor red-handed while he was streaming some of this vile and abusive CP material. They found some of the videos were watched live which means the atrocious acts against those babies were taking place in real time as viewers watched.

We sure are glad the authorities caught Dr. Haddad and arrested him immediately. Thank God the professor was promptly fired from his teaching position, prosecuted, stripped of his credentials and imprisoned.

NOPE.

Mr. Haddad was NOT arrested nor prosecuted. Nor was he fired from the University. Instead, Zaid was placed on PAID administrative leave. Good to know how our tax dollars and students' tuition is utilized at UTSA.

For some inexplicable reason, Mr. Haddad has been a free man collecting a salary from one of the biggest universities in Texas. Mr. Haddad continued moving freely about the community, doing whatever it is he does. Of course he likely stopped using the encrypted apps or other traceable devices while engaging in his "intersectional research" involving naked little boys.

FREE FOR FOUR YEARS.

According to The United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas, Mr. Haddad was finally arrested just a few days ago. WHY it took so long, considering there was clearly a sting, and open evidence of his "academic research" remains a mystery. Especially noting that he was CAUGHT streaming CSAM videos displayed on his TV in his own apartment.

The U.S. Attorney’s office says that in reviewing some of the links Mr. Haddad used, they discovered Zoom meetings where the CSAM would be live-streamed using a separate file-sharing application. And yet he was not arrested for FOUR YEARS.

Dr. Haddad’s USTA bio and professional resume referenced that from 2004 to 2009, he was social studies teacher at Canyon Springs High School in the Clark County School District. That he teaches courses at the undergraduate, master’s and doctoral level.

In his own words (see full abstract link in comments)- "The way a teacher perceives relational justice...the feeling of being treated equitably and being included..in their work context is central to understanding the negotiation and enactment of teacher identity...These outcomes, ranging from feeling like they need to live duplicitous lives to being activist teachers.. are studied here by examining the identity development of a group of gay teachers and their perceptions of the schools in which they work."

SOUNDS LIKE LEGIT PROFESSOR STUFF.

When academia normalizes the early s*xualization of children by hiring these types to teach our young people, how can we expect to eradicate s*xual abuse and trafficking of society's most helpless and precious assets?

Meet Blake Liedka and Terreal Hatcher. We shall start with the former...

Mr. Liedka is a good ol' country boy from the rural community of Stockdale, Texas. Mr. Liedka enjoys food, family, and friends. He was recently elected Constable in Wilson County Texas. He is often seen in the La Vernia portion of his precinct. La Vernia is a rapidly growing, family friendly community just Southeast of San Antonio.

Mr. Liedka has been in law enforcement for many years. In fact, he was a deputy constable in Bexar County (San Antonio) and worked at an area elementary school. Blake is a jolly-looking fella who is clearly serious about serving and protecting our most vulnerable citizens.

Except for that time when he beat his wife in a public parking lot.

Mr. Liedka was ON DUTY, fully uniformed, and driving his County issued vehicle when he committed the assault. Witnesses confirmed that he was armed. Our request for an incident report remains unanswered.

Those present during the assault called the police (on the police.) Mr. Liedka admitted to the domestic violence (which was likely caught on security footage.) Surely Mr. Liedka was arrested and processed for committing such an act, especially while on duty and in possession of a weapon. The last thing society needs are armed men beating women or lawmen abusing their authority. Nope. That's not how the assault was handled. Not at all.

Instead, Mr. Liedka's boss (the Bexar County Precinct Constable) gave Mr. Liedka a few weeks off and told him to get counseling. Since most men who commit domestic violence escalate, they lose the right to have a firearm. Well, sometimes.

Mr. Liedka continued to work in law enforcement and eventually became the Constable where he currently "protects and serves" his constituents and doesn't abuse his power.
Well, most of the time.

We had the pleasure of "meeting" Mr. Liedka when we became aware of a "private visit" he made to a farm outside of his jurisdiction. Mr. Liedka crossed from his county (Wilson) to Guadalupe County, drove several miles north and made his way down a dusty farm lane. He then "delivered" non official mail. Dressed in his neatly pressed uniform, protective gear, and carrying his weapons, he left a big, official looking envelope on the door of a private residence. As you can see in the photo, Mr. Liedka's officially marked, tax-paid, county vehicle stayed shiny as a new nickel.

Local police waited at the highway to help Mr. Liedka deliver the mail. Apparently, it took a number of armed, uniformed officers to make this maildrop happen. Surely an impending emergency or eminent danger merited such an ominous law enforcement presence. Negative. The yellow envelope they delivered contained a simple letter about an interfamilial land dispute.

Well that didn't make sense to us because Texas statute PROHIBITS law enforcement from "delivering private mail" in uniform. The law is also pretty clear regarding use of the badge, public equipment, and uniform. Surely there was a good reason to tie up taxpayer resources. Doesn't the United States Postal Service still deliver mail?

Something smelled of fish with a hint of intimidation so we sent Constable Liedka an open records request. It took many requests and several months, but Mr. Liedka finally responded. He first DENIED ever being at the address. We sent him a photo to refresh his memory. Mr. LIEdka then responded that he was serving a "notice." We asked from whom and he replied that it was a "favor" to a lawyer. We then asked under what "authority" he serves private mail, while in uniform outside of his jurisdiction. He responded with a threat "turn us in to the district attorney."

That was quite a threat indeed! We weren't sure what crime we had committed but we needed to find out. So we gave the Wilson County District Attorney a call and filed an open records request. The DA's office promptly communicated that they knew nothing about the event nor would there be any reason for Mr. LIEdka to say such a thing.

Things were getting curiouser and curiouser.

We asked ourselves WHY would local police assist in the delivery of mail that was neither a citation nor was there a history of danger at the address involved. So we sent an open record request to the local (New Berlin, TX) Police Department. We spoke directly to the "chief" who refused to answer our request. The chief did, however, look at the private letter and offer free legal advice.

Assuming that "chief" must be an attorney, we looked him up. Maybe he could help us after all! The chief, called Terreal Hatcher was not an attorney at all. But he is under INDICTMENT for OFFICIAL OPPRESSION in Guadalupe County, Texas. Recently fired from another law enforcement agency, (where his alleged acts occurred), New Berlin decided to continue to employ Chief Hatcher on desk duty. Looks like "desk duty" in New Berlin, Texas includes patrol, mail delivery, legal advice, traffic stops, and other law enforcement. Perhaps they are contracted by the USPS.

How does that old adage go, "Birds of a feather flock together?" We will circle back to Mr. Hatcher in the near future.

One might argue that armed officers showing up in uniforms, and badges to deliver "mail" might give the appearance of intimidation or oppression. Especially when it involves a high dollar land dispute. But in the spirit of of fairness, we gave everyone another opportunity to explain. After several attempts, and a call to the Texas Attorney General, Chief Hatcher finally answered that his "agency" (consisting of two officers) was present to "assist" Mr. Liedka.

Who knew mail delivery involved such heavy lifting.

Following nearly ten months of inquiry and formal requests, Mr. LIEdka finally admitted that he was "sent" by an attorney to deliver the yellow envelope. Mr. LIEdka stated that he could not recall which lawyer "sent" him because he keeps no records. Mr. LIEdka also stated that he has jurisdiction in all surrounding counties. He told our representative that he did the "favor" of delivering the envelope because he is allowed to "Do stuff like that." Sounds professional. And generous. Does your local law enforcement handle personal matters? And for free!

In response to our open records requests, we have received written responses from every surrounding County. Each County states that they have no such agreements with Mr. LIEdka nor did they ask him to perform any mail delivery or other duties.

In Texas, Constables are elected positions and have no real governing body or system of accountability. As far as the local police go, there are two officers in the tiny town of New Berlin, Texas. According to our correspondence with their City Hall, Chief Hatcher is accountable to himself. That seems to be working out nicely.

Good law enforcement officers are national, state, and local treasures. Those who use their badge for personal gain, to intimidate, or in exchange for favors, goods or services have no place enforcing the very laws that they themselves refuse to adhere to. Scary indeed!

Meet Daryn Edwards. Daryn is a strapping 59 year old who enjoys traveling, ocean fishing, and spending time with friends and family. Mr. Edwards is an avid Jeep enthusiast and openly dotes on his sweet dogs. Daryn is also a 32 year veteran Police Officer in one of the largest jurisdictions in the country.

In fact, Daryn was actually "Captain" Edwards who headed an entire division of the Houston PD. The good captain boasts expensive teeth, an athletic build, and quite an enviable tan. Seems like a pretty stand-up guy. Especially considering the authority he's been given to "Serve and Protect" our families for over three decades.

Known as "Big Guy" to some, Mr. Edwards was arrested last month, initially on charges of CHILD PO*******HY. He was given a $250,000 bond and freed. He was then arrested again. This time for the S*XUAL PERFORMANCE OF A CHILD and AGGRAVATED S*XUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD charges. On March 5, he was released from Jail on a $1 million bond.

A new charge of CONTINUOUS S*XUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD was added to the list before he bonded out of jail. As is the case with most "respectable" predators, the victim is allegedly a close relative to Daryn, so access to the child would have been easy.

In court filings, investigators wrote that Mr. Edwards’ arrest was the result of a reported r**e and subsequent investigation. The girl reporting said Mr. Edwards, began molesting her when she was in sixth grade, that she had been assaulted somewhere between 85 to 100 times in the last year. She claims that the two traded s*xually explicit Snapchat messages, according to probable cause affidavits.

This week, Mr. Edwards retired from the Houston Police Department, their spokesperson said. If convicted, Mr. Edwards will likely keep his pension and other tax-funded benefits.

Meet Preston Wade Pietrzykowski, 30, of Edinburg, Texas. Also known as Wade, he is a staff sergeant with the Texas Department of Public Safety. Employed by DPS since 2017, Mr. Pietrzykowski is a member of the Texas Department of Public Safety's elite Tactical Marine Unit. He is also a military veteran.

Pietrzykowski is charged with possession of child po*******hy, a third-degree felony. According to an affidavit signed by a Texas Rangers investigator, the investigation started in February, when Wade's wife contacted his employer, DPS, regarding the photos. Though hesitant to turn him in to authorities, (due to her pending immigration status), Mr. Pietrzykowski’s wife allegedly discovered the images while searching through his computer files. According to the report, his wife found “multiple images of female friends, along with images that looked like minor n**e female children.” Among the images, was a teenager she recognized.

Presently, the photos seem to be "deepfakes." A deepfake is an image created by a computer utilizing actual images which are deeply edited in order to generate the desired image. These photos are usually created without the knowledge or consent of the subject in the photograph.

According to information published by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement, Pietrzykowski was immediately suspended after his arrest.

We will post updates as this case progresses.

**UPDATE: 2/21/25, 1 pm.
Following a nearly three hour special meeting, Mayor Cole Stanley announced City Manager Grayson Path is finalizing a separation agreement with Birkenfeld. It is our opinion that the chief will likely receive a severance package and early retirement. We sincerely hope the citizenry questions why the city's top ranking law enforcement officer endorsed a convicted pe*****le. Perhaps it's time to dig deeper. Underwood remains in County custody awaiting transfer to a federal prison where he will begin his 30-year sentence.**

Meet Cole Underwood, a well known teacher and coach. Cole grew up in the small panhandle community of Perryton, Texas where he enjoyed the accolades of being a popular student and Varsity quarterback (kind of a big deal in Texas!) He is described by his sister as the untouchable "Golden child." Mr. Underwood taught at Amarillo ISD for a few years before becoming the Athletic Director in his home town of Perryton.

Cole is also a convicted child s*x offender and child ra**st. In April of last year, Mr. Underwood was arrested following the discovery of disturbing school videos. A device captured a student entering Mr. Underwood's office at odd hours through a door he left propped open. It would later be umveiled that he and the student were engaging in s*xual in*******se at the school for some time.

A few months after being arrested by local law enforcement, Underwood struck a deal with the feds, pleading GUILTY to the lesser crime of "Enticement of a Minor." This is because Mr. Underwood first approached the student via Snapchat, where he groomed and convinced the girl to have s*x with him. Enticement is a federal crime, so Underwood was able make a deal with the federal court in hopes of a lighter sentence and better prison accomodations.

Now meet Martin Birkenfeld Jr., Amarillo's very own chief of police. Mr. Birkenfeld is a highly educated, well esteemed "pilar" of the community who has been in law enforcement for 35 years He is a member of various clubs and organizations and is the president of the High Plains Police Chiefs Association. Chief Bjrkenfeld was recently "celebrated" by his alma mater with the "Distinguished Alumnus Award." He clearly cares about children as he served several years on CASA's board of directors. CASA is an organization that helps provide foster children a court-appointed special advocate, (usually a community volunteer.) Chief Birkenfeld sounds like a pretty noble guy.

The Honorable police chief and involved citizen chose to submit a lengthy letter to be taken into consideration at the sentencing of child predator and ra**st, Cole Underwood. This letter was presented alongside the testimony of the child Mr Underwood r**ed as well as other victims who came forward. One of whom is suing Amarillo ISD for (allegedly) not divulging Underwood's predatory history. In turn, Cole secured employment in another school after leaving Amarillo.

Mr Birkenfeld is not the only influential citizen who vouched for the convicted pe*****le. There were a litany of upstanding locals who felt it necessary to plead mercy for a man who has a clear history of predatorial behavior.

In fact, Cole's own sister testified at her brother's sentencing. The distraught woman shared that she too, had been victimized by Cole Underwood since childhood. She expressed resentment that her brother Cole had been excused and protected by adults for years. Brave young woman indeed!

We have submitted an open records request to the court for the letters of each community member who decided to sing the praises of this child ra**st. (A man who should have never had access to kids to begin with.) We wonder if those who advocated for leniency would have been as generous and compassionate if their child who was horrifically abused...

Remember, predators and groomers place themselves in positions of power, authority, and esteem. They are experts at choosing their victims. Most are master manipulators. Those who esteem, overlook, recommend, and ignore red flags for predators are partly responsible for allowing these dangerous criminals to continue hurting our most vulnerable.

Feel free to express your opinion to the Amarillo Police Department and city council. Links in the comments. Photograph of the recommendation letter is also posted.
