Sticky Fingers Cooking Austin is hosting a cooking camp with us THIS MONTH! We're thrilled to host a Sticky Fingers Cooking Camp right here on our campus, kicking off June 22. Young chefs will dive into hands-on cooking adventures, learning real kitchen skills while whipping up fresh, scratch-made recipes — all in a safe, screen-free, and super fun environment. We are so proud to announce our Teacher of the Year — the incredibly talented, endlessly dedicated, and absolutely irreplaceable Ms. Bethany Rhoades! 🎭✨

For over a decade, Ms. Rhoades has been the creative heartbeat of ACE. As our Fine Arts Department Chair, she brings theater to life for students at every grade level — from first-time performers discovering their voice to our 8th graders taking their final bow. Every year, she pours herself into not one but two major productions, giving our students a stage to shine on and memories that last a lifetime.

It's no surprise she's one of the most sought-after advisors on campus — students know that Ms. Rhoades shows up for them, on stage and off. She's a mentor, a champion, and a true community treasure.

Ms. Rhoades, thank you for 10+ years of passion, creativity, and heart. ACE is a brighter place because of you. 🌟

We're proud to share that ACE Academy has once again been certified as a No Place for Hate® school for 2025–26! 💙

This certification is a reflection of the daily effort our students, staff, and families put into creating a school where everyone feels safe, respected, and welcome. We're grateful to be part of such a caring community.

🐾 Shoutout to Ms. Rhoades' Advisory for choosing to give back! Last week these students spent time at doing some real work — organizing kennel space, transporting puppies, training dogs, and delivering the rope toys they handcrafted earlier this year. Of course, they also got to play with a friendly pup! Watching young people show up for animals in need is everything. 🐶❤️

This Monday was ACE Innovation and it was another great year of inventiveness! This year we were all about solving problems. From improving our own playground to inventing a non-toxic slime, our students worked hard and showed tons of cooperation, encouragement and cooperation. Great job everyone!

The 1st/2nd grade class have been flexing their journalism muscles by writing a class newspaper! 📰 They also are asking the hard-hitting questions in recorded interview segments. Here, Felix interviews Rio about Colimon, a Pokémon inspired game the class invented this year!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! As usual, the gratitude we feel for our teachers is beyond words. Luckily, our students and families provided some words for us.

We also know that it takes the whole village to support our kids, so thank you to our administration team, school counselors, the ACE Parent Association, and of course Mr. Larry, for all of your unflagging support. We’re all in this together. ❤️🧡🩵
