After joining the Tiny Hearts Project Board of Directors in 2017, Ann stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2022, where she now helps guide the organization’s daily operations, strategic growth, and long-term sustainability.

With more than three decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, fund development, and program management, Ann brings a strong passion for mission-driven work and advancing prenatal care through education and innovation.
