This Saturday….come ride with us thru Austin’s luscious green and ever-evolving urban canopy!
Another ride for nature lovers!
Slow down, touch grass, practice presence.
Ghisallo Cycling Initiative and The Odditree Society join forces for a gentle, reflective bike ride through three distinct green spaces in central Austin—an invitation to slow down, tune in, and experience the city through a different lens.
At each stop, we’ll dismount and spend time with trees that have lived vastly different lives within the same urban landscape. Together, we’ll notice their forms, textures, and histories, considering the quiet ways they shape and witness the city around us.
We’ll wrap with a charcuterie picnic at the Boggy Creek Pavilion.
Come as you are. Bring water, something soft to throw on the ground, your curiosity, and a willingness to be here, now.
