F3 Outlands

F3 Outlands F3 is FREE and is OPEN TO ALL MEN of ALL physical abilities. If you want to push hard, go ALL OUT, but if you haven’t exercised in a long time, MODIFY.

Don’t hurt yourself or even worse, get discouraged. Just show up, work hard and give it your best. We are free of charge, open to all men, held outdoors, peer led and end with a circle of trust. The Mission of F3: to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Credo: We Leave No Man Behind, and No Man Where We Found HIM

What does F3 Stand

for: Fitness Fellowship and Faith

Our Shared Leadership Team (SLT):

T-Dub: (Nant'an)- Influences the Pax via Disruption, to Achieve Acceleration. Leads through V**E (Visualization, Articulation, Persuasion and Exhortation)

Tron: (1st F Q) : Mr. Fitness, he ensures workout offerings are consistent, safe and focused on getting 1% better

Lewinsky: (2nd F Q): Fellowship fiend. Ensures Pax grow in fellowship outside of just workout connections, from informal events like Coffeteria's to Pax and Family gatherings

Turbotax: (3rd F Q): Faith Keeper, helps to grow the regions Volunteer Presence by identifying and coordinating volunteer opportunities within the Communities we workout in

Sun Devil: (Growth Q)- Works with The Nant'an, 1st F and Weaselshaker to Growth the current workout locations (AOs) and leads BlackOps to find new AOs to plant a flag and mold more male leaders. Guy Fieri: (Weaselshaker)- The stat man, he keeps a pulse on all things attendance, engagement and works closely with the Nant'an, 1st F and Growth Q to keep the Acceleration Needle Pointing Forward

O'Houlihan: (Commz Q)- A Jack of All Trades, he's the tech master, that owns the announcements, the events, the social engagement and many other things in between

The wait is over. Your first IronPAX Challenge workout has been revealed. 💪

Week 0 is your chance to see what you’re made of. The movements, reps, and standards are all laid out in the graphic. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just you, the workout, and the clock. ⏱️

Get familiar with the movements. Know the standards. Then show up and PUT IN THE WORK.

In the Outlands, we’ll be running IronPAX 3x per week, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to test yourself and put your score on the board.
