CAMPFIRE MARTINI
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
1. 1 marshmallow
2. 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
3. 1 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
4. ice
5. 0.5 oz. Wheatley Vodka
6. 1 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream (or other cream liqueur)
7. 1 oz. 2% milk

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place your marshmallow in a small pan, over medium heat, and toast until browned (1-2 minutes)
2. Meanwhile, rim martini glass with chocolate sauce, and dip immediately in graham cracker crumbs.
3. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, toss in the Wheatley Vodka and Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream and shake vigorously (the longer the better. It should be FREEZING cold and well agitated).
4. Once cold, pour into martini glass and fill the rest of the glass with milk prior to topping with toasted marshmallow and enjoy!

Katie Crump is a Sales Manager with Zillow, and she serves as a the President on the Young Professionals Board. This is why Katie serves:
“I graduated from Louisiana State University with a Business Degree, Geaux Tigers!. While Baton Rouge is a huge part of my life, Denver is where I call home! Right after college, I immediately got into the digital marketing and advertising industry and have loved it ever since.

I enjoy being on the Young Professionals Board because it’s a chance to invest my time in kids that will be our future.
