Next handling class is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25th at 6 PM at 104 Mayflower Hill Drive in Waterville. Cost is $10. We are starting earlier as it is getting dark earlier. Please email Vicki Rolls at [email protected] if you plan to come. Last handling class before the Mid-coast shows.

ATTENTION “PAYING” CLUB MEMBERS OF CENTRAL MAINE KENNEL CLUB, LEWISTON-AUBURN KENNEL CLUB AND PENOBSCOT VALLEY KENNEL CLUB.

AT THE CHICKADEE CLASSIC, there will be 2 EZ-ups in a reserved spot on the show grounds so that you can “spell” your dogs to enable you to volunteer at the show.

There will always be someone there to watch your dog(s). Coolers with ice and water will be available for your dogs as well.

As you know, there is always a need for volunteers to help out at the show. Thank you all for your past assistance.

Update on handling class this weekend: it looks like possible rain Saturday morning, so we are switching to the rain date of Sunday. Same time and location. Hope to see you all there!

Numbers for the Chickadee Classic are posted at www.infodog.com. Please be patient as you wait for the judging programs to be posted. As typical for double shows, we overdrew entries on some judges. And as many of may know, Cindy Meyer's, who was on our judging panel, unexpectedly experienced the loss of her daughter yesterday. Our thoughts and prayers 🙏 go out to her. We are working diligently to cover her assignments for the weekend. So we ask for your patience and understanding as we work to provide an awesome show for you.

Next handling class is scheduled for Saturday, June 13th at 10am, with a rain date of Sunday June 14th 10am. Our new location is across from 104 Mayflower Hill Drive in Waterville and we now have a ring set up. Cost is $10 per person and class may run a little longer than an hour. Please fee free to come dressed in a show outfit if you'd like to practice the full thing before the Maine Chickadee Classic shows!
