Cuts & Care Pop-Up Shop is a community-rooted youth engagement initiative aimed at restoring the barbershop and salon as spaces of care, conversation and connection. Youth ages 11–17 are invited for free haircuts, self-care services, food and culturally centered dialogue in a safe, affirming space.

Wednesdays, Jan. 14, 21 and 28, 5-7 p.m.

Faith Village Connections is an interdisciplinary collaborative led by Dr. Fayron Epps, Associate Professor at UT Health San Antonio.

The mission of this collaborative is to increase dementia awareness and education within African American and faith communities.
