One author.

One book.

One room filled with conversation.

This is exactly why the SpeakUpSis Empowerment Center exists.

It's not simply a venue. It is a place where people can gather, learn, share, celebrate, and connect.

From book signings and workshops to Bible studies and planning meetings, some of the most meaningful moments happen in small rooms with the right people.

We're grateful to have been part of this special event and look forward to hosting many more.

Maybe your next gathering starts here. Send us a message today or call 971-249-2960 to reserve space for your next intimate event.

Would your social media habits hold up in a face-to-face conversation?

Many of us would never interrupt, insult, make assumptions about, or publicly embarrass someone in person, yet online, those behaviors have become surprisingly common.

Communication doesn't stop being communication just because it happens through a screen.

That's why I'm excited to partner with Latoya Washington and Broken Vessels Podcast LLC for a free virtual Social Media Etiquette Workshop - Post on Purpose.

We'll explore how to communicate responsibly online, navigate disagreements with respect, avoid common communication pitfalls, and engage in digital spaces with wisdom and integrity.

If you're a business owner, ministry leader, content creator, professional, or everyday social media user, this workshop is for you.

Every meaningful gathering starts the same way. The lights come on, and the blinds are opened.

The room gets ready to welcome the conversations, ideas, plans, and connections that will happen inside it.

The SpeakUpSis Empowerment Center was created for small groups who need more than a noisy restaurant or crowded coffee shop.

It's a place for Bible studies, workshops, coaching sessions, board meetings, book clubs, planning sessions, and the conversations that help people move forward.

If you're looking for a welcoming space for your next gathering, we'd love to help.

Because sometimes all you need is the right room for the right conversation. Call 971-249-2960 to reserve a room today.

Where are you meeting these days?

At a restaurant where everyone feels obligated to buy food?

In a crowded coffee shop where you can barely hear each other talk?

Trying to reserve a library room that's already booked?

Paying for more space than you actually need?

If you're leading a Bible study, board meeting, workshop, coaching group, book club, nonprofit planning session, or small team meeting, you may not need a banquet hall.

You may simply need the right room.

The SpeakUpSis Empowerment Center offers a comfortable, professional, boutique style meeting experience designed specifically for small groups.

🚫 No crowded restaurant.

🚫 No pressure to purchase meals.

🚫 No competing conversations.

At SpeakUpSis, we believe that impact comes in many forms.

Some people lead from the stage. Some serve behind the scenes. Some leave a legacy by helping preserve the moments that matter most.

This year, we are honored to recognize Hazel Eyes Photography and pay special tribute to Cory Green and Anita Green during the 4th Annual SpeakUpSis Gala.

Since 2021, Hazel Eyes Photography has helped document the journey of SpeakUpSis through magazine features, community events, workshops, celebrations, and special occasions. Through their lens, countless moments have been preserved for our community.

Cory was also the photographer who began capturing what has become a beloved SpeakUpSis tradition, the SpeakUpSis hug. Those images have come to represent the connection, encouragement, and sense of community that define our organization.

While Cory's passing leaves a tremendous void, his work and legacy continue to live on through the stories he helped preserve and the lives he touched.

On September 13, we look forward to honoring Hazel Eyes Photography, celebrating the contributions of Cory and Anita Green, and recognizing the lasting impact they have made on SpeakUpSis and the community we serve.
