Romans 12 Camp

While there has been work happening to start the 2026- Romans 12 Camp, today officially starts group planning!

Team meeting today was well attended! We are all VERY EXCITED to see you all in FIVE weeks!!

Those of you, who need community service papers filled out, please bring them to registration!

Check your email. We will be sending some updates that way! Some of you did not hand in signed youth covenants, and some still owe the camp fee. Bring those with you to registration! Please put fees in an envelope with your name on it. Registration can be busy. That will help us keep track of your payment!

We have 22 students eager to serve! We are up 4 from last year! 22 is an awesome number!

2026 is shaping up to be an incredible year!!!

As time goes, you'll see reminders here about the week. PLEASE refer to the 1st two pages of the application for those details. Sadly, many of you returned those pages to us with your application. Thank you, but we already know those details! Those pages are meant for your reference.

We will be having lunch in the pavilion after church, Sunday the 7th followed by a R12- 2026 planning meeting. (Church starts at 10:15am the meeting will be approximately at 11:45am.) Everyone is welcome to have lunch and attend, even if you are not on team.

Maybe you're just finding out about R12 camp and you'd like to know more. Join us for worship, lunch and the meeting!

I know I've been silent lately, but that doesn't mean you can just say you're coming to Romans 12!

We NEED your applications in FOUR days from now!

Planning for projects, food and accommodations CANNOT happen until we have confirmation of your attendance!

If we have only 8 students coming, we are still closing registration.

JUNE 1st IS THE DEADLINE!!!

Planning Romans 12 is a huge undertaking, we cannot be chasing people down for applications.

Usually we pack up the tents on Saturday morning, but this year it was raining. We had to let them dry out.

Tonight the tents came down!
