We’ve all been there. You get matched with a mentor who has zero time, no structured plan, and absolutely no resources to offer. It feels less like career development and more like a superficial box-checking exercise.

Searching for mentorship.

But for many families right now, basic essentials are becoming harder and harder to afford.

Research shows that women with mentors earn 20% more than women without one.
But most women, especially women who look like us, who live where we live, never get that chance. Not because they’re not capable. Because quality mentorship costs $200 to $500 a month, and nobody’s talking about what that price tag is actually taking from us.
We think that’s a crisis. Not a coincidence.
