Every shooter has missed. Every great player has doubted. But the rim doesn’t remember your last miss—and your next opportunity doesn’t either.

Confidence isn’t pretending you’ll never fail. Confidence is being willing to shoot again.

Keep showing up. Keep trusting your work. Keep firing.

Your next shot doesn’t know you missed the last one.
💚🏀 Shoot it.

Worry is a misuse of your imagination. Trust the work 🏀

🏀 The Shot I Didn’t Take.

Sometimes the hardest shot isn’t the one you miss…
It’s the one you never take.

Fear. Self-doubt. Overthinking. Anxiety.
They don’t just affect the game—they affect life.

Jordan has put in the work. He has the skill. But confidence isn’t built overnight. Every athlete has moments where they hesitate, second-guess themselves, or let fear make the decision.

Your biggest breakthrough might start with taking the shot you’ve been afraid to take.

💚 Your mind is part of your game. Protect it. Train it. Trust it.

The scoreboard only reveals what your habits have already decided.

Stop chasing trophies.
Start chasing growth.

When it’s time to compete, you’re not trying to become great…
You’re simply collecting what you already earned.

💚💙 At HoopRx, we believe confidence isn’t built on game day—it’s built in the work you put in every single day.

What’s one thing you’re committed to getting better at this week? ⬇️

Some voices never leave you.

Before every workout…
Before every challenge…
Before every moment of doubt…

Jordan hears two voices.

His mom reminds him:
“Protect your mind. Confidence is trained just like your jump shot.”

His dad reminds him:
“Nobody is going to outwork you. Earn everything.”

One taught him how to stay strong inside.
The other taught him how to stay strong when things get hard.

Those lessons don’t just shape the player…
They shape the person he’s becoming.

The gym may be empty…
But he never walks in alone.

BUILD.
Brick by brick.
Day by day. 💚🏀

Just you, the ball, and that moment when your body says stop but your mind says one more. 🏀
Only the athlete knows when he has nothing left. That’s when the workout ends.

The work comes first. But growth speeds up when players speak up.
Ask your coach what they see.
Tell your coach what you feel.
The best development happens when both sides listen.
Coaches: What’s one question you wish your players asked more?
Players: What’s one thing you wish your coach understood?
