Support accurate accounting of donations, grants, and fundraising activities

“Get yourself to a dermatologist and build that relationship. Because the one thing about this disease, especially when it comes to Black women, we harbor so much shame in so many things that we are encouraged to carry alone, that we have to build up a very trusting relationship because this disease affects every intimate part of our body. And if you don’t trust your practitioner, you’re not going to do anything that they tell you.”

I am still speechless 😶.

I do this work so girls and women that look like me are never misdiagnosed and treated poorly when managing HS.

We are people and we are patients.

Our skin tells a story.

Our stories matter.

Our lives matter.

Our mental health matters.
