Mentoring a Girl in Construction, Inc. Non-Profit designed to introduce high school age girls to the construction industry. Developing and nurturing tomorrows workforce.

MAGIC was founded by Diane Quimby, CDS & Renee Conner, CIT in 2007 after an idea of how to recruit, train, empower and retain the next female construction workforce. Through mentoring, introducing, and training young high school age females via hands on exposure to different construction trades MAGIC is indeed opening the eyes of females to opportunities that are available to them in the construction industry.
