IT’S FRIYAYYYYY! And we saved a whole VIBE for our final Power in Pink instructor announcement!

Yoga with Tenisha Camille is BACK!

If you’ve experienced Tenisha’s flow before, then you already know. She brings the VIBE. Her gift goes far beyond yoga poses. Tenisha has this beautiful way of drawing out the best in everyone who steps onto the mat with her.

Sweet soul. Dope energy. Amazing human. 💗

And this year, The Survivor’s Nest’s very own Tenisha Camille is closing out Power in Pink with our finale cool down stretching us out, slowing us down, and bringing us back to center after a morning of POWERFUL movement.

We’re going to sweat.
We’re going to MOVE.
And then Tenisha is going to help us breathe, release, and ground. 🙌🏾
