A $25 donation might seem small, but in the hands of the , it’s a lifeline. Your $25 helps us fund specialized therapy sessions for Georgia parents who otherwise couldn't afford the support they need.

We believe mental health care is a right, not a luxury. When you give $25, you are directly "igniting" a parent’s journey toward wellness.

Will you give the gift of therapy today? Link in bio to donate. Let’s fund our next sessions together! 💙

On May 6th, we are joining the global community for World Maternal Mental Health Day. We aren’t just raising awareness; we are raising the bar for care in our state. 1 in 5 moms and 1 in 10 dads experience mental health challenges. Together, we can ensure they have a path to healing.

We’re asking you to join the movement with two simple actions:

1️⃣ Donate: Every gift to the helps provide life-saving therapy sessions for parents across Georgia.
2️⃣ Wear Blue: On May 6th, put on the universal color of perinatal mental health—the blue dot—to show every parent they are not alone.

This , we move beyond the struggle to the standard: Black Mamas deserve more than just survival—they deserve a life rooted in joy, rest, and liberation.

In a world that tried to dim your light,
You carry the sun through the darkest of days.
Through systems of old and the weight of the fray,
Still, you stand.

Beyond every barrier, through every storm,
Protecting the sacred, keeping them warm.
In the face of bias, you redefine the norm,
Still, you stand.

Every breath of a newborn, a victory is sung,
A testament deep, where we truly belong.
The birth of black babies, joy and justice has come,
Because still, you stand.

Join us at PSI-GA and in the movement in advancing Black Maternal Health equity.
