The countdown to Fall Back in Love continues, and today we’re turning up the volume on the man behind the music.

DJ Atabey is an international house-music DJ and producer bringing his signature “Anthemic Sound” to dance floors near and far. Blending tribal-house percussion, tech-house grooves and festival-scale energy, his sound is built for one thing: keeping the dance floor moving.

A 2026 resident DJ at Anthem Orlando, Atabey has taken his sound on the road with stops including Chicago, New York, Atlanta and Mexico City. And on October 3, he returns to Atlanta to take over The Heretic for Joining Hearts.

Whether you’ve followed DJ Atabey for years or Fall Back in Love will be your introduction, now’s your chance to get a taste of what’s coming. 🎶

For years, The Heretic has been more than a dance floor. It’s been a place where Atlanta’s LGBTQ+ community comes together to dance, celebrate, reconnect and simply be ourselves.

THIS IS WHY WE DANCE……

From 2022 through 2025, the Joining Hearts community helped make possible $566,000 in beneficiary giving to organizations serving people impacted by HIV/AIDS and our greater Atlanta community.

These photos represent more than checks.

They represent every ticket purchased. Every sponsor who stepped up. Every volunteer who gave their time. And every person who showed up on the dance floor and helped turn a night together into something much bigger.

We are proud to have supported organizations including AID Atlanta, Lost-n-Found Youth, Jerusalem House, Open Hand Atlanta, Positive Impact Health Centers and THRIVE SS.

And on October 3, we dance again.

❤️ COMMUNITY SUPPORTS COMMUNITY❤️

THROWBACK THURSDAY to last Saturday, when members of the Joining Hearts family were proud to show up in support of AID Atlanta’s Team AID Atlanta Turnabout Show at The Heretic.

Our Director of Patrons, , and Director of Volunteers, Brett, were there cheering on a night filled with community, entertainment and giving back, including performances from Coco Iman Starr, Mx. Joining Hearts 2025, and Jon Santos. ❤️

Nights like this are a reminder that our mission extends far beyond our own events. ❤️

At Joining Hearts, supporting our community means showing up for each other, celebrating the people doing the work and standing alongside organizations committed to serving people impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Different year. Same love. Same purpose.

Four years ago today, we were getting ready to Fall Back In Love.

And in just 23 days, we’re doing it all over again. ❤️

The DJs change. The venues change. The years keep moving. But one thing remains the same: our community continues to show up, dance, connect and give back.

From 2022 to 2026, we’re proud to keep the tradition going and the dance floor moving, all while supporting the mission at the heart of Joining Hearts.

Now it’s time to make some new memories.
