Today marks 4 years since Ole’s accident.

What the enemy meant for devastation, God has turned into a testimony of His glory. A brain injury is one of the hardest battles anyone can face, and yet every day I am reminded of God’s mercy that carried Ole through when so many don’t survive or ever see recovery.

His life looks different from what we once dreamed, and there has been grief along the way. But our God has been faithful in every season. Even in the hardest days, His presence has never left us. He is still good, still worthy of all praise and worship.

Through it all, our hearts are filled with gratitude—gratitude for God’s sustaining grace, for the strength He gives in weakness, and for the hope He continues to breathe into Ole’s story.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9

To God be the glory—always.

Jakoi became one of our recipients in our non-profit program in October of 2024. We are so proud of him and his family for hitting this important milestone!

We incorporated quality nutrition into his diet, gave guidance in physical therapy, and will soon be incorporating personal training to continue building his strength.

Through their relentless hard work, discipline, and faithfulness, Jakoi (and his family) reached his goal of walking across the stage at his high school graduation! Our God is so good! 🙏🏼💙

THANK YOU, VOLUNTEERS! 💙

This past Saturday, we had the absolute privilege of spending the day with one of our incredible recipients—a single mom and her son, who are on their journey to recovery after his spinal cord injury. They recently moved into a wheelchair-accessible home and needed help getting settled in.

A group of our amazing volunteers, along with one of our other amazing recipients, showed up ready to lend a hand. Together, we unpacked and folded clothes, prepped weeks worth of nutritious meals, and did a bit of cleaning around the house. It wasn’t about doing anything grand, but simply lightening the load for this family as they settle into this new season of healing.

We’re constantly in awe of the strength these families show every day, and we’re so grateful to be part of their journey, seeing firsthand how God’s love and provision come through in the most meaningful ways. If you feel called to be part of this work, we’d love for you to join us. Every small act of kindness—folding clothes, prepping meals, or even just being there—makes a difference in supporting these families on their healing path.

✨ Let’s Help Bring a Little Extra Light to a Family in Need This Holiday Season ✨

From the mother of one of our Ole’s Angels recipients, we have a special request for a bit of help to make the holiday season brighter for her family. Her son, who recently suffered a spinal cord injury and is now in a wheelchair, has been adjusting to new routines in their new home. With so much on her plate as a single mother, some small tasks have naturally fallen to the side.

That’s where you come in! 💙

She shared with us some things that would bring her a little peace of mind and a lot of holiday cheer:

- Folding and organizing clothes from their recent move
- Tidying up with some simple dusting around the house
- Washing the family car to make it sparkle
- Helping with food prep to take one big item off her list

These may seem like simple things, but your time and kindness would mean the world to this family as they navigate this challenging season (especially through the holidays)
