September 11, 2001. A day our nation will never forget.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the countless heroes who answered the call in our country's darkest hours.

We honor the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger when others were running to safety. We remember the strength, resilience, and unity that emerged in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

Twenty-five years later, the lessons of 9/11 continue to remind us of the power of service, sacrifice, and compassion. May we never forget those we lost, and may we always carry forward the spirit of unity that helped our nation heal.

As we reflect today, let us take a moment to express gratitude for the men and women who continue to protect our communities every day.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Ambassador Council Wraps Up Final Tour at Police Headquarters

The Ambassador Council recently completed its final tour at Police Headquarters, gaining valuable insight into the many specialized units that work tirelessly to keep our community safe.

During the visit, members learned about the Real Time Crime Center and how technology, intelligence, and live data help officers respond more effectively and efficiently to incidents. The group also heard from representatives from the Homicide Unit, who shared information about the investigative process and the dedication required to bring justice to victims and their families.

The tour also included discussions with the Gang Unit and Narcotics Unit, providing an in-depth look at the challenges these teams face and the strategies they use to combat criminal activity and enhance public safety.

This final tour served as a meaningful conclusion to the Ambassador Council experience, offering members a greater appreciation for the professionalism, commitment, and collaboration that go into modern policing. We thank all of the officers and staff who took the time to share their knowledge and experiences with the group.
